Raisin Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- dry bread, cut fine
- milk
- 4 eggs
- ½ lb raisins
Method
- 1 Cut dry bread into fine pieces.
- 2 Boil the bread in milk until soft, then mash well.
- 3 Beat four eggs and stir them into the bread mixture along with ½ lb of raisins.
- 4 Boil the mixture for an hour and a half, or bake until set.
