Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • dry bread, cut fine
  • milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ lb raisins

Method

  1. 1 Cut dry bread into fine pieces.
  2. 2 Boil the bread in milk until soft, then mash well.
  3. 3 Beat four eggs and stir them into the bread mixture along with ½ lb of raisins.
  4. 4 Boil the mixture for an hour and a half, or bake until set.
