Radish Beet And Egg Salad
Ingredients
- lettuce leaves
- 12 red radishes, sliced thin
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- cold boiled beets, sliced
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Arrange lettuce leaves on a round platter.
- 2 Pile sliced radishes in the center.
- 3 Arrange rows of sliced hard boiled eggs and cold boiled beets around the radishes.
- 4 Pour French dressing over all.
