Quince Jelly Sauce Mousse
Ingredients
- egg yolks
- sugar
- egg whites
- flavoring
- heavy cream
- quince jelly sauce
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks and sugar until very light.
- 2 Fold in egg whites and flavoring.
- 3 Stand bowl in boiling water and beat continuously until hot.
- 4 Remove from heat and beat constantly for 10 minutes until cool.
- 5 Fold in stiffly whipped cream, pack, and freeze.
- 6 Serve with quince jelly sauce poured over the mousse.
