Quick Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• Chocolate
• Water
• Powdered sugar
• Vanilla extract

Method

1. 1 Melt chocolate in a dry saucepan.
2. 2 Dilute with a little water and add powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
3. 3 Stir in vanilla extract.
4. 4 Use the icing while warm, as it hardens quickly upon cooling.
