Ingredients

  • 1 can tomatoes (14.5 oz), broken up
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (10 oz frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

Method

  2. 2 Pierce tomatoes with a fork and break into pieces.
