  • 8 ounces non-fat cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can (29 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts (9 inch)

Method
