  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat yolks until thick and lemon-colored, then beat whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2 Gently fold the whites into the yolks. Season with salt and pepper, and add 1 tablespoon of cold water per egg.
  3. 3 Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
