Method

  3. 3 Boil the mixture to create a syrup, then skim off any scum.
  4. 4 Add the raspberries to the syrup and boil gently for a short time.
  5. 5 Remove the berries and boil the syrup alone briefly to preserve color.
  6. 6 Once the syrup is cool, pot the berries and store.
