Ingredients

  • 1 jigger New England rum
  • 1 jigger vermouth
  • 3 dashes gum syrup
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Shaved ice
  • 1 preserved peach with its liquor

Method

  1. 1 Fill a large bar glass halfway with shaved ice.
  2. 2 Add the rum, vermouth, gum syrup, orange bitters, and lemon juice.
  3. 3 Stir well to chill and dilute slightly.
  4. 4 Serve garnished with a preserved peach and a splash of its liquor.
