Preserved Peach Rum Punch
Ingredients
- 1 jigger New England rum
- 1 jigger vermouth
- 3 dashes gum syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Shaved ice
- 1 preserved peach with its liquor
Method
- 1 Fill a large bar glass halfway with shaved ice.
- 2 Add the rum, vermouth, gum syrup, orange bitters, and lemon juice.
- 3 Stir well to chill and dilute slightly.
- 4 Serve garnished with a preserved peach and a splash of its liquor.
