Poultry Seasoning Bread Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 cup stale bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp bacon fat or beef drippings
Method
- 1 Combine bread crumbs, minced onion, poultry seasoning, salt, and fat in a bowl.
- 2 Rub ingredients together until they form a crumbly mass.
- 3 Pack the mixture firmly into the cavity of a whole fowl.
