Potatoes With Wine, Butter, And Onions
Ingredients
- freshly boiled potatoes, sliced
- pepper and salt to taste
- 2-3 sliced onions
- 1 sprig chopped parsley
- 1 lump of butter
- 1 small amount of flour
- 1 small amount of water
- 1-2 glasses of wine
Method
- 1 Slice boiled potatoes and place in a casserole with onions, parsley, butter, flour, water, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Cook until all ingredients are well blended.
- 3 Heap onto a platter and pour wine over before serving.
