Potato Onion And Tapioca Pie
Ingredients
- potatoes, sliced
- onions, sliced
- water
- herbs
- pepper
- salt
- soaked tapioca
- butter
- wheatmeal crust
Method
- 1 Slice potatoes and onions. Stew them with a little water until nearly done.
- 2 Place the mixture into a pie dish. Season with herbs, pepper, and salt.
- 3 Add a little soaked tapioca and a small amount of butter.
- 4 Cover with a wheatmeal crust and bake for 1 hour.
