Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 oz butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pie crust paste

Method

  1. 1 Stew the potatoes and onion in a little water until tender.
  2. 2 Cut up the tomato and mix it into the vegetables; season with salt and pepper and add the butter.
  3. 3 Place the vegetable mixture in a small pie dish and cover with pie crust paste.
  4. 4 Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
