Potato And Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 8 cold boiled potatoes, chopped fine
- 1 egg-sized pat of butter
- 4 eggs, well beaten
Method
- 1 Melt a pat of butter (size of an egg) in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Add the chopped cold boiled potatoes and stir frequently until browned.
- 3 Pour in the beaten eggs and stir well to combine with the potatoes.
- 4 Serve immediately while very hot.
