  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt

Method

  1. 1 Beat eggs well, then add milk and beat in flour until mixture resembles good custard.
  2. 2 Butter pop-over molds well and fill each with about one tablespoon of batter.
  3. 3 Bake in a very hot oven (425°F) for 10 minutes.
