Popovers
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- pinch of salt
Method
- 1 Beat eggs well, then add milk and beat in flour until mixture resembles good custard.
- 2 Butter pop-over molds well and fill each with about one tablespoon of batter.
- 3 Bake in a very hot oven (425°F) for 10 minutes.
