Ingredients

• cold meat, chopped fine
• ½ head lettuce
• hard boiled eggs, chopped
• boiled beets, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pickled cucumber, chopped
• French dressing
• lettuce leaves for platter
• hard boiled egg slices for garnish
• parsley for garnish

Method

1. 1 Chop the cold meat, lettuce, hard boiled eggs, boiled beets, onion, and pickled cucumber into fine pieces.
2. 2 Arrange fresh lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
3. 3 Mix the chopped ingredients with a generous amount of French dressing.
4. 4 Heap the dressed mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
5. 5 Garnish with slices of hard boiled egg and fresh parsley.
