Polish Salad With Meat Beets And Eggs
Ingredients
- cold meat, chopped fine
- ½ head lettuce
- hard boiled eggs, chopped
- boiled beets, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pickled cucumber, chopped
- French dressing
- lettuce leaves for platter
- hard boiled egg slices for garnish
- parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Chop the cold meat, lettuce, hard boiled eggs, boiled beets, onion, and pickled cucumber into fine pieces.
- 2 Arrange fresh lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
- 3 Mix the chopped ingredients with a generous amount of French dressing.
- 4 Heap the dressed mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
- 5 Garnish with slices of hard boiled egg and fresh parsley.
