Poached Mullet With Onion And Parsley
Ingredients
- 1 mullet, cut into pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup water
Method
- 1 Place the mullet pieces in a stewpan with the lid on.
- 2 Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, parsley, olive oil, and water.
- 3 Cook the fish gently until done.
- 4 Arrange the fillets on a serving dish.
- 5 Pour a little of the cooking broth over the fish.
- 6 Garnish with the cooked onion and parsley.
