Poached Eggs On Buttered Toast
Ingredients
- eggs
- water
- vinegar
- salt
- buttered toast
Method
- 1 Fill a large frying pan with water and add a little vinegar and salt.
- 2 Break each egg into a separate cup.
- 3 Slip eggs into rapidly boiling water, cover, and boil for about 2 minutes until whites are set.
- 4 Remove eggs with an egg-slice and place on hot buttered toast.
