  • vinegar
  • salt
  • buttered toast

Method

  1. 1 Fill a large frying pan with water and add a little vinegar and salt.
  2. 2 Break each egg into a separate cup.
  3. 3 Slip eggs into rapidly boiling water, cover, and boil for about 2 minutes until whites are set.
  4. 4 Remove eggs with an egg-slice and place on hot buttered toast.
