Poached Egg With Salted Egg White
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 egg yolk
- dash of salt
Method
- 1 Add a dash of salt to the egg white and whip it to a froth.
- 2 Place the frothed white in a deep saucer or cup.
- 3 Place the whole unbroken yolk in the center of the white.
- 4 Set the dish in a pan of boiling water, cover, and cook for two minutes.
