  • English chestnuts, shelled and skinned
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Whipped cream

Method

  1. 1 Boil the shelled chestnuts in water until tender.
  2. 2 Transfer chestnuts to a mixture of sugar and water; boil until clear.
