Plain Crisco Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cold water
Method
- 1 Sift flour and salt together.
- 2 Cut Crisco into flour with a knife until finely divided.
- 3 Add cold water gradually, mixing with a knife, until a stiff paste forms.
- 4 Form dough lightly and quickly by hand.
- 5 Roll out on a floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
