Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup canned pineapple
- 1 cup water
- juice of 2 lemons
- additional water and sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan. Boil until the syrup threads.
- 2 Press the canned pineapple to extract juice, then add it to the hot syrup along with the lemon juice.
- 3 Let the mixture cool, then dilute with water and add more sugar to taste. Serve ice cold.
