Pineapple Lemon Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup grated pineapple
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. 1 Soak gelatin in cold water until soft.
  2. 2 Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and strain.
  3. 3 Stir in sugar, grated pineapple, and lemon juice.
  4. 4 Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
