Pineapple Lemon Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup grated pineapple
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Soak gelatin in cold water until soft.
- 2 Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and strain.
- 3 Stir in sugar, grated pineapple, and lemon juice.
- 4 Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
