Pineapple Layer Cake With Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1½ cups flour
- grated pineapple
- ½ pint heavy cream
- sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Mix egg, butter, sugar, milk, baking powder, and flour to form a batter.
- 2 Bake the batter in two layers.
- 3 Whip the cream and sweeten to taste.
- 4 Place grated pineapple on each cake layer.
- 5 Top with the whipped cream before serving.
