Pineapple Cream Cheese Poinsettia Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg cream cheese
• 2 Tb cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 6 rounds pineapple
• 4 maraschino cherries
• Lettuce for garnish
• Salad dressing for serving

Method

1. 1 Mix cream cheese, cream, and salt; form into small round balls.
2. 2 Place pineapple rounds on lettuce-garnished salad plates.
3. 3 Set a cheese ball in the center of each pineapple round.
4. 4 Cut cherries in half, then into narrow strips resembling flower petals.
5. 5 Place five or six cherry strips over each cheese ball, points meeting in the center.
6. 6 Serve with salad dressing on the side in a separate bowl.
