Pineapple Celery And Almond Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded pineapple
- 1 cup celery, cut fine
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp blanched almonds, pounded
- mayonnaise
- lettuce leaves
Method
- 1 Combine equal parts shredded pineapple and finely cut celery in a bowl.
- 2 Sprinkle with lemon juice and chill until cold.
- 3 Mix in blanched and pounded almonds with mayonnaise.
- 4 Serve the salad on lettuce leaves.
