  • Bread slices, crusts removed
  • Red pepper
  • Seasoned mayonnaise

Method

  1. 1 Cut bread slices into squares, toast them, and remove the crusts.
  2. 2 Remove the hard part from the pickled oysters.
  3. 3 Place oysters closely together on the bread squares.
  4. 4 Dust thickly with red pepper.
