Pickled Nasturtium Seeds

Ingredients

  • Nasturtium seeds (green)
  • Water (for brine and soaking)
  • Vinegar (boiling)

Method

  1. 1 Pick green nasturtium seeds, leaving a short stem. Place them in a weak brine for two days.
  2. 2 Soak the seeds in fresh water for one day.
  3. 3 Pack the seeds into jars and pour boiling vinegar over them.
  4. 4 Seal the jars and let them stand for one month before using.
