Pickled Nasturtium Seeds
Ingredients
- Nasturtium seeds (green)
- Water (for brine and soaking)
- Vinegar (boiling)
Method
- 1 Pick green nasturtium seeds, leaving a short stem. Place them in a weak brine for two days.
- 2 Soak the seeds in fresh water for one day.
- 3 Pack the seeds into jars and pour boiling vinegar over them.
- 4 Seal the jars and let them stand for one month before using.
