Pickled Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Clean and cook whole green beans.
  2. 2 Place the cooked beans in a sterile pint jar.
  3. 3 Boil water, vinegar, sugar, and salt together.
  4. 4 Pour the hot liquid over the beans and seal the jar.
