Pickled Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- 1 Clean and cook whole green beans.
- 2 Place the cooked beans in a sterile pint jar.
- 3 Boil water, vinegar, sugar, and salt together.
- 4 Pour the hot liquid over the beans and seal the jar.
