Pickle Nasturtium Seeds

Ingredients

  • Nasturtium seeds
  • Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt per pint of vinegar

Method

  1. 1 Wash and dry the gathered nasturtium seeds.
  2. 2 Place seeds in vinegar with ½ teaspoon salt per pint of vinegar.
  3. 3 Scald fresh vinegar and add salt as before.
  4. 4 Drain the first vinegar from the seeds and add them to the fresh hot vinegar.
  5. 5 Pour the scalding vinegar over the seeds in bottles, ensuring they are completely covered.
