Pickle Nasturtium Seeds
Ingredients
- Nasturtium seeds
- Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt per pint of vinegar
Method
- 1 Wash and dry the gathered nasturtium seeds.
- 2 Place seeds in vinegar with ½ teaspoon salt per pint of vinegar.
- 3 Scald fresh vinegar and add salt as before.
- 4 Drain the first vinegar from the seeds and add them to the fresh hot vinegar.
- 5 Pour the scalding vinegar over the seeds in bottles, ensuring they are completely covered.
