Method

  1. 1 Boil the pheasant until almost cooked through, reserving the cooking liquid for gravy.
  2. 2 Prepare gravy using the reserved liquid, adding milk, seasoning, and thickener.
  3. 3 Line a hot pie dish with pie crust. Add pieces of pheasant and scatter raw oysters on top.
