Pepper French Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/8 tsp pepper or a speck of cayenne
Method
- 1 Combine olive oil, salt, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl or jar.
- 2 Whisk or shake vigorously until emulsified.
- 3 Serve immediately over lettuce or vegetable salads.
