Peanut Meal Vegetable Hash
Ingredients
- cold boiled potatoes
- other vegetables on hand
- butter
- salt
- peanut meal
Method
- 1 Chop fine cold boiled potatoes and any other vegetables on hand.
- 2 Place vegetables in a buttered frying pan and heat quickly and thoroughly.
- 3 Salt to taste.
- 4 Just before removing from heat, stir in a large spoonful of peanut meal for each person.
