Peanut Butter Yogurt Fruit Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced apples
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1 cup sliced pears
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup sliced melon
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/3 cup vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
Method
- 1 Wash and slice all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 Arrange the fruit slices on a platter surrounding a small bowl in the center.
- 3 In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla extract, and peanut butter.
- 4 Whisk or stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- 5 Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.
