Peanut Butter Quick Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup peanut butter or ½ cup finely ground peanuts
Method
- 1 Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together.
- 2 Add milk to peanut butter or peanuts and blend well.
- 3 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- 4 Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a slow oven (300°F) for 45 to 50 minutes.
