Peanut Butter Apple Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Bran or whole wheat bread, sliced thin
- Peanut butter
- Apples, washed, pared, cored, and sliced very thin
- Butter (optional)
- Salt (optional)
Method
- 1 Slice the bread thin.
- 2 Spread the bread thinly with peanut butter.
- 3 Wash, pare, core, and slice the apples very thin.
- 4 Place the apple slices between the bread slices to assemble the sandwich.
