Peanut Butter Apple Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 apple, thinly sliced (or banana)
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot, optional
Method
- 1 Spread peanut butter evenly on one slice of bread.
- 2 Layer the thinly sliced apple or banana on top of the peanut butter.
- 3 Sprinkle grated carrot over the fruit if desired, then top with the second slice of bread.
