Peanut Butter Apple Raisin Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Raisins
Method
- 1 Wash hands. Cut apples in half from stem down, then slice each half into 6 half-rounds. Cut out the cores.
- 2 Spread 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on one side of each apple slice.
- 3 Place 4 to 6 raisins on the peanut butter of one slice. Top with another slice, peanut-butter side down, and squeeze gently.
- 4 Repeat with remaining slices to create sandwiches.
