Peanut Butter Apple Raisin Sandwiches

  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Raisins

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands. Cut apples in half from stem down, then slice each half into 6 half-rounds. Cut out the cores.
  2. 2 Spread 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on one side of each apple slice.
  3. 3 Place 4 to 6 raisins on the peanut butter of one slice. Top with another slice, peanut-butter side down, and squeeze gently.
  4. 4 Repeat with remaining slices to create sandwiches.
