Peach Mousse With Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 12 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 large peaches, peeled and diced
  • Whipped cream, sweetened and vanilla-flavored, for topping

Method

  1. 1 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding powdered sugar. Continue beating for 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  3. 3 Fill dessert glasses three-fourths full with the mixture and chill.
  4. 4 Top with sweetened, vanilla-flavored whipped cream before serving.
