Peach Mousse With Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 12 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 large peaches, peeled and diced
- Whipped cream, sweetened and vanilla-flavored, for topping
Method
- 1 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, gradually adding powdered sugar. Continue beating for 20 minutes.
- 2 Gently fold in the diced peaches.
- 3 Fill dessert glasses three-fourths full with the mixture and chill.
- 4 Top with sweetened, vanilla-flavored whipped cream before serving.
