Peach Milk Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk, low-fat
- 1 cup canned peaches (drained) or 1 cup sliced fresh peaches
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash nutmeg (optional)
Method
- 1 Combine milk, peaches, and lemon juice in a blender.
- 2 Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 3 Sprinkle with a dash of nutmeg if desired.
- 4 Serve cold immediately.
