Peach Kernel Ice Cream
Ingredients
- sugar
- water
- peach kernels
- peaches
- milk
Method
- 1 Put sugar, water, and peach kernels over heat; stir until sugar dissolves and boil for three minutes.
- 2 Pare the peaches and press them through a colander.
- 3 Add the strained syrup to the peaches and let the mixture cool.
- 4 Turn the mixture into a freezer and crank slowly until partly frozen.
- 5 Add the milk and continue freezing until done.
