Peach Kernel Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • sugar
  • water
  • peach kernels
  • peaches
  • milk

Method

  1. 1 Put sugar, water, and peach kernels over heat; stir until sugar dissolves and boil for three minutes.
  2. 2 Pare the peaches and press them through a colander.
  3. 3 Add the strained syrup to the peaches and let the mixture cool.
  4. 4 Turn the mixture into a freezer and crank slowly until partly frozen.
  5. 5 Add the milk and continue freezing until done.
