Pea Flour Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup pea flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Place pea flour in a bowl.
- 2 Pour boiling water over the flour while stirring thoroughly to mix.
- 3 Stir in salt, pepper, and butter until combined.
- 4 Serve immediately with oatcakes if desired.
