Parsnip Potato Soup With Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb parsnips
- 1/4 lb potato
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/4 oz butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk as needed
Method
- 1 Cut up the parsnips, potato, and onion.
- 2 Cook the vegetables until tender.
- 3 Rub the cooked vegetables through a sieve.
- 4 Return the mixture to a saucepan and add butter and seasoning.
- 5 Add enough milk to reach desired consistency, boil up, and serve.
