Parsley Shallot Marinated Broiled Salmon With Capers

  • fresh salmon slices
  • sweet oil
  • chopped parsley
  • minced shallots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • parchment paper
  • melted butter
  • capers

Method

  1. 1 Soak salmon slices for 1 hour in a mixture of sweet oil, chopped parsley, minced shallots, salt, and pepper.
