Parsley Shallot Marinated Broiled Salmon With Capers
Ingredients
- fresh salmon slices
- sweet oil
- chopped parsley
- minced shallots
- salt
- pepper
- butter
- parchment paper
- melted butter
- capers
Method
- 1 Soak salmon slices for 1 hour in a mixture of sweet oil, chopped parsley, minced shallots, salt, and pepper.
- 2 Wrap each seasoned salmon slice in buttered parchment paper.
- 3 Broil the wrapped slices on a gridiron until thoroughly done.
- 4 Remove the paper and serve the salmon with melted butter and capers.
