Parsley Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. flagolet pasta
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Cook the flagolet pasta in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2 In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Whisk in milk.
  3. 3 Bring the milk mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. 4 Remove from heat. Stir in butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5 Pour the warm parsley sauce over the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
