Parsley Sauce Pasta
Ingredients
- 3 oz. flagolet pasta
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Cook the flagolet pasta in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- 2 In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Whisk in milk.
- 3 Bring the milk mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
- 4 Remove from heat. Stir in butter, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 5 Pour the warm parsley sauce over the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
