  • oysters
  • finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • butter for frying
  • stale bread, cut into squares

Method

  1. 1 Cut bacon into squares large enough to wrap an oyster. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, place an oyster on each, and season with pepper and lemon juice.
