  • 3-4 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • minced parsley
  • cream (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Boil parsnips until tender, then peel and slice lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a saucepan with salt, pepper, and minced parsley.
  3. 3 Add parsnips to the pan and shake over heat until the mixture boils.
