Parsley Butter Parsnips
Ingredients
- parsnips
- 3-4 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- minced parsley
- cream (optional)
Method
- 1 Boil parsnips until tender, then peel and slice lengthwise into thin strips.
- 2 Melt butter in a saucepan with salt, pepper, and minced parsley.
- 3 Add parsnips to the pan and shake over heat until the mixture boils.
- 4 Pour the sauce over the parsnips, garnish with extra parsley, and serve.
