Parsley And Green Onion Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 handful parsley leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 young green onions
- 3 tbsp oil
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- ground black pepper
- salt
- pickled French beans or gherkins, cut fine (optional)
- grated horseradish (optional)
Method
- 1 Mince parsley leaves very fine and strew over a little salt.
- 2 Shred fine half a dozen young green onions and add to the parsley.
- 3 Place herbs in a sauceboat with oil and vinegar.
- 4 Add ground black pepper and salt, stir together, and serve.
