Parmesan Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- dash of paprika
- 6 tablespoons milk or cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Beat eggs until whites and yolks are well mixed. Add salt, paprika, and milk or cream.
- 2 Melt butter in a skillet. Pour in egg mixture and stir/scrape as it thickens.
- 3 Just before reaching proper consistency, sprinkle in Parmesan cheese while stirring. Remove from heat.
