Parmesan Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • dash of paprika
  • 6 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. 1 Beat eggs until whites and yolks are well mixed. Add salt, paprika, and milk or cream.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a skillet. Pour in egg mixture and stir/scrape as it thickens.
  3. 3 Just before reaching proper consistency, sprinkle in Parmesan cheese while stirring. Remove from heat.
