Parmesan Parsley Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Pinch of pepper
Method
- 1 Beat the egg whites to a froth and the yolks separately.
- 2 Mix the whites and yolks together with the Parmesan, parsley, and pepper.
